The data is created using geometric measurements in ArcGIS software, 1999 Digital Orthophoto Quadrangles(1999 DOQQ metadata can be found at http://www.dnr.ne.gov/digital-orthophoto-quadrangles-1999), and survey information from the state surveyors website.
