This system will increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability while simplifying the process and reducing the regulatory burden on customers applying for the use of excess water. The Platte River Decision-Support System (DSS) is a comprehensive approach implementing scientific, economic, environmental, and statutory considerations into a structured process that gives DWEE the ability to quickly respond to rapidly changing water resource conditions along the Platte River.
