Service Description: Letter of Map Change (LOMC). LOMC point data is entered into a point feature class by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy and Environment (DWEE). Data entered is based on paper LOMC documents received from FEMA.

LOMC is a letter which reflects an official change to an effective Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM). LOMCS are issued in response to a request of FEMA to revise or amend its effective flood map to remove a property or reflect changed flooding conditions on the effective map.

The LOMC points depicted in this layer are for REFERENCE ONLY.
